Manage your license
After purchase, your license key is delivered by email. Activate it in Chatlog Settings → License.
Activate
- Copy the key from the purchase email.
- Open Chatlog Settings → License.
- Paste the key and activate.
Use it on another browser
A license covers up to 5 browser installations. To move it, deactivate or release the old installation in Settings → License, then activate it in the other browser.
Lost your key?
Search your email for the purchase receipt and license key. If you cannot find them, contact support or write to [email protected].
Receipts and billing
Payment and receipts are handled by Dodo Payments.
